TIME magazine cover for June 27, 2016 listing the names and ages of the 49 victims of the terrorist attack directed against the LGBTQ community by a depraved, violent, sexually confused lunatic named Omar Mateen who was killed by police (although, unfortunately, not soon and certainly not painfully enough). The cover story article is available here (but is behind a paywall).
I was going to post what follows below as part of a larger entry / update, but that just didn't feel right, so instead I'm posting it as a stand-alone entry. Some of the pictures came from a photo gallery embedded in this article about the visit of President Obama and Vice President Biden to Orlando on Thursday to meet with some of the families of the victims of the terrorist attack / mass killing of 49 people -- mostly quite young -- at the gay night club called Pulse in the wee hours of last Sunday.
President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden visit a makeshift memorial to the victims of the Orlando nightclub terrorist attack and massacre, Orlando, Fla., June 16, 2016.
President Obama meets Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, who hands him a tee-shirt emblazoned with a message of hope for and solidarity with the LGBTQ community that was the target of the attack. Next to them, Sen. Bill Nelson greets Sen. Marco Rubio. President Obama and Vice President Biden visited Orlando on June 16th.
Here is another article about that visit. The President said in remarks to reporters that toting around these weapons of mass death is "not the meaning of liberty." But that's the nature of America's deeply abnormal psychosexual gun fetish.

Crazy old SOB Sen. John McCain actually said President Obama was "directly responsible" for the attack -- before someone changed his diaper, prompting him to walk back what he said on the grounds he "misspoke."

Angel Mendez holds a smartphone picture of his brother Jean Carlos Mendez Perez outside the Orlando Regional Medical Center on June 12, 2016, trying to get information. Tragically, his brother was among the victims.
Of note, Orlando Regional Medical Center was Ground Zero of where the Pulse nightclub shooting victims arrived -- including those who died and the 53 others injured, some critically. The hospital put forth a truly heroic and world-class effort in the ensuing hours.

TIME magazine has a list and write up about all 49 people who were killed by that filthy madman Omar Mateen whose "right" to have an unlimited arsenal of weapons of mass death the psychotic NRA will defend to the death -- even while being surveilled by the FBI.
You can view it as a gallery or a list: These Are the Victims of the Orlando Nightclub Shooting.
In the case of Eddie Justice, here is a picture of the last, frantic messages he sent his mother:
Imagine having that as the last message from your child or any loved one? I can't.
I really hope Omar Mateen is in some form of hell, whatever that may mean. And that fucking nut-job father of his oughta be arrested. He's guilty of something such as inciting terrorism.
OK, I'm going to sleep now (it IS already 120AM). For my other entry, I'll try to post it later today (Friday), although it might not be until Saturday).
