It's Not Like I Don't Have a Bajillion Things To Say (Many Hyper-Political and/or Self-Absorbed) On This Blog , But ...-OR- Behind Life's Curtain

A "curtain" of rain over (part of) Arlington as seen looking down the Potomac River from Washington Harbour, Georgetown, Washington, D.C., 4:54PM June 14, 2015.

It deluged in downtown D.C. about 20 minutes later -- lasting for about an hour. National Airport (KDCA) officially picked up 0.52" while KBWI and KIAD had less or basically nothing (0.04" and trace, respectively).

OK, Gentle Reader, this is just a bad work week for posting blog entries. It's not that I don't have a bajillion things I want to say, including (1) lots of political commentary / excerpts of various columns, op-eds, and news articles that I've read on topics of interest and/or bother to me, and (2) my usual doings (yes, all self-involved and perhaps self-absorbed), but things are not working out to post entries, and I'm not even going to try right now. It might not be until the frickin' weekend that I post a full entry.

I did get a picture of the Little One today, and he and his daddy are doing quite well. Alas, as promised, I cannot post any of these pictures.

I love that little guy.
