Friday Night Musical Interlude, Nov. 2nd, 2012 Edition

This is my Friday night musical interlude.

In the Key of Time by Jazzmasters - Paul Hardcastle

#######

The Night We Fell in Love by Gerald Albright

#######

And in a slightly different mode ...

Somnambulist (Simply Being Loved) by BT (Brian Transeau) and featuring J.C. Chasez.

The video to this song (which I think I've posted before on this blog) along with the lyrics seems to suggest an ecstasy trip as in the old days of Nation night club here in D.C. At least that's what I hear.

#######

Yours truly down at the Watergate by the stepped saucer fountains between the north and east lobbies of the Watergate East. This was taken on my walk with Gary on October 30, 2012 at 4:47PM at the cold and drizzly end of what was hybrid Hurricane Sandy.

*I THINK this is the Watergate East. For as many times as I've walked down there, I'm not 100 percent sure of which building is which in the complex.

Note to my readers:

My plan is to post tomorrow or Sunday at the latest a slew of pictures showing more of the destruction resulting from Hurricane Sandy, in particular in parts of New York City such as Staten Island and Queens and along stretches of the Jersey shore, especially in places such as Sea Bright.

As my regular readers may know, I spent many summers of my 1970s childhood and 1980s teenage years in Sea Bright and my nearby hometown of Long Branch. Sea Bright was destroyed and rendered uninhabitable. This needs to be shown and told.

OK, that's all for now. OK, that's all for now. I am going to Nellie's tonight to meet Andrea and Gary.
